Exploring EPV for your institution

The EPV team developed the tools and infrastructure, demonstrated their feasibility and utility through use cases at the collaborating sites, and here is disseminating tools and infrastructure.

Multiple sites have fielded the RPPS to thousands of research participants, aggregating their responses to populate the EPV Consortium database. Sites use local dashboards to identify findings in their data, and benchmarking internally and with the Consortium database. After implementing responsive action plans, sites re-survey to measure the impact of their programs.

EPV RPPS/REDCap infrastructure is made available free of charge to early adopter institutionsÌýinterested in implementing it to collect participant research experience feedback.

  1. To adopt the full EPV infrastructure for fielding the survey:

    Go to EPV REDCap folder in Drive:
    –ÌýImport the into your REDCap project to set up the RPPS survey, participant and study descriptors, metadata forms, and more.
    – Download the to use with the REDCap Multi-language Management functionality. Follow MLM instructions to import the translation file.
