Learn how to build clinical value for your scientific discoveries and find out what it takes to translate foundational research into products for patients.

 
is a leading expert in biotechnology development and investment. She forged her career in executive positions at Mass General Brigham, Brandon Capital Partners, and, most recently, at a privately held biotechnology company started by the founders of Medarex. She is now Co-Founder and CEO at Traverse Biotech, a company focused on the development of an immunotherapy pipeline.

Dr. Bruce Conway directs the Robertson TDF and oversees projects supported by the Kellen Women’s Entrepreneurship Fund, translational research programs at Rockefeller that help to move scientific discoveries toward clinical application. Dr.ÌýConway began his career in drug discovery research, holding positions at Johnson & Johnson and the Institutes for Pharmaceutical Discovery.

In this workshop, you will join your hosts and the Traverse Biotech guides in an interactive game that will help you better navigate the hills and valleys of drug discovery. The workshop will be followed by an informal reception where you will have the opportunity to discuss what you have learned with the other participants, the Traverse Biotech Team, and others.
